Peterborough Arms

Unfortunately, the B4069 Lyneham to Dauntsey road which buckled at Lyneham Banks after storm Eunice last year is still closed.

The road from Chippenham is fully open to the Peterborough Arms and access from Swindon, RWB and Lyneham is straight forward enough but has been made more difficult with the introduction of one-way traffic through Bradenstock.

Despite the road problems the Peterborough Arms is still open at lunch time and in the evening Tuesday - Sunday and has a very good reputation for its food.

Members of the Trust's Executive and Trustees visited the pub for a skittles match during January. They all enjoyed the competion and the food.
