Chippenham quiz night

Another successful quiz night in The Neeld Community & Arts Centre in Chippenham as 31 teams battled it out. This is a record number of teams and with good raffle takings as well as for beverages and cake, we made a record profit. Our loyal quiz teams also provided all the raffle prizes!
Thanks to the team of 12 who made this happen. The quiz results are:
1st Maude Bullet
2nd Stanley Lewis PLC
3rd Hot Bin
..and the Strivers' Prize went to RetroRatz.

The total raised was about £930 before hall hiring charge and expenses, but as we successfully applied to the Town Hall Community Grants Committee to cover the hire and the expenses were waived, that total stands.

Our next quiz will be on Friday 13 October.
