Abingdon & East Vale Has Lots to Offer
Our next meeting of the Wilts & Berks Canal Trust’s Abingdon & East Vale branch is on Monday 5th August at 8.00pm. The venue is Wantage and Grove Cricket Club, Charlton Village Road, Wantage OX12 7HD.
If the canal is something of interest to you, why not come along and see for yourself? New members are always welcome.
We are looking for work party volunteers to help with tidying towpaths and restoring the canal for everyone to enjoy. Volunteers are also needed to help with events such as the White Horse Show, Dickensian evening, Sack House and many more.
The good thing about being a volunteer is you can do as much of as little as you want.
