Restoring 70 miles of canal and towpath for the benefit of local communities, wildlife and leisure
Come and join us.

On Saturday 24th February, an East Vale group were hard at work at Elm Farm, Grove, near Wantage.

Several fallen trees were removed, including one dragged out of the canal, the tow paths cleared and canal tidied.

You can see by the photos that the area is looking great.  Jon and his work party have done it again.  Well done to all involved.

If you would like to join the work parties, please contact jon.miles@wbct.org.uk

We supply hard hats, hi-viz tabards and training.  All you need to do is bring some comfortable boots.

Work parties take place every two weeks.  Why not get involved?  There’s always plenty to do, plus the opportunity to meet new people and contribute to the work of the Wilts & Berks Canal Trust.
